With a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 4,250 kg, the Transit 430 fits into the heavy van section. A tacograph is fitted as standard. The tipping mechanism allows the operator to select one of three tipping directions, very quickly and easily. The body will not only tip towards the rear of the vehicle, like a standard tipper, but will also tip to the off-side and near-side. The body is sturdilly constructed, primarily of aluminium; by Ingimex body-builders. Ingimex is commissioned by Ford, to produce the Transit 'One-Stop' range of bodies. This vehicle has only one previous keeper - coming to Maun Motors straight from Ford Motor Company Ltd. This vehicle has manufacturer's warranty remaining, until January 2006*. |
